Our Policy

Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using this service (“service”) and website (“site”) operated by inkwealthy (“company”, “us”, “we”, “our”).

1. Your access to and use of the service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these terms. These terms apply to all visitors, users and other who access or use the service.
2. By access or using the service you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the service.

Basic Terms

1. You must be at least 13 years old to use the service
2. We respect all forms of literature and will seek to avoid censorship as much as possible. That being said be mindful of the content you post. We will remove any content we deem unlawful, discriminatory, infringing or hateful.
3. You may make several accounts for the purposes of separating your content as you see fit. However, you must not create accounts with the service through unauthorized means, including but not limited to, by using an automated device, script, bot, spider, crawler or scraper.
4. You agree that you will not solicit, collect or use the login credentials of other users of the service.
5. You are responsible for keeping your account secure. This includes your password.
6. You must not defame, stalk, bully, abuse, harass, threaten, impersonate or intimidate people or entities and you must not upload or post private or ocoondidential information via the service, including, without limitation, your or any other person’s credit card information, social security or alternate national identity numbers, non-public phone numbers or non-public email addresses.
7. You may not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You agree to comply with all laws, rules and regulations (for example, federal, stat, local and provincial) applicable to your use of the service and your content, including but not limited to, copyright laws.
8. You are solely responsible for your conduct and any data, text, files, information, usersnames, images, graphics, photos, profiles, audio and video clips, sounds, musical works, works of authorship, applications, links and other content or materials (collectively, “content”) that you submit, post, upload or display on or via the service.
9. You must not change, modify, adapter or alter the service or change, modify or alter another website so as to falsely imply that is associated with the service or the company.
10. Do not create or submit unwanted email, comments, likes or other forms of harassing communications (a.k.a “spam”) to any user of the service. This includes either commercial or noncommercial forms of this.
11. You must not interfere or disrupt the service or servers or networks connected to the service in any way. You may not inject content or code or otherwise alter or interfere with the way any inkwealthy page is rendered or displayed in a user’s browser or device.

Conditions:

1. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the service or your access to the service for any reason, without notice, at any time, and without liability to you. You can deactivate your account by submitting a delete request to delete@inkwealthy.com. If we terminate your access to the service or if you choose to delete your account all data associated with your account will be no longer be accessible via your account. However, comments, posts, ratings and other data you generated or added via the service may persists and appear within the service. (i.e. comments you added to another user’s project will not be removed).
2. Upon termination, all licenses and other rights granted to you in these Terms of Use will immediately cease.
3. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to change these terms from time to time. Unless we make a change for legal or administrative reasons, we will provide reasonable advance notice before the new terms become effective. You agree that we may notify you of the new terms by posting them on the service. You also agree that your continued use of the service after the effective date of the new service constitutes your agreement to the new terms.
4. We reserve the right to refuse access to the service to anyone for any reason at any time.
5. we reserve the right to fore forfeiture of any user info, including but not limited to, first and last name, email address, project title, for any reason.
6. We may, but have no obligation to, remove, edit, block, and/or monitor content or accounts containing content that we determine in our sole discretion violates these terms.
7. There may be links from the service or from communications you receive from the service, to to third-party websites or features. There may also be links to third-party websites or features within the service. The service may also include third-party content that we do not control, maintain or endorse. Full functionality of the service may also permit interactions between the service and a third-party website or feature. You express acknowledge and agree that inkwealthy is in no way responsible or liable for any such third-party services or features. Your correspondence and business dealings with third parties found through the service are solely between you and the third party.
8. You agree that you are responsible for all data charges you incur through use of the service.
9. We prohibit crawling, scraping, caching or otherwise accessing any content to the service via automated means, including but not limited to, uploaded works and users’ information unless explicitly allowed by the company.

Termination

1. We may terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, of any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the terms.
2. All provisions of the terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

Rights

inkwealthy (“company”, “we”, “us”, “our”) acknowledges the sensitive nature of posting work that you may intend to use for commercial purposes online. That being said, please note that we are in no way responsible for the actions of our users.

You are using this website (“site”) and it’s service (“service) in good faith and acknowledge that any alleged infringement on your rights as a creator are solely your own responsibility to pursue.

While we are not obligated to provide you information in regard to any legal proceedings, we will try to accommodate any reasonable request to help protect the integrity of your work. You can submit this type of request to contact@inkwealthy.com

Further, if you infringe on another user’s rights we maintain the right to disable your account permanently or temporarily until further notice that may ultimately end in termination of service.

Below are further stipulations of your rights as a user:

1. inkwealthy does not claim ownership of any content that you post on or through the service. You do grant to the company a non-exclusive, fully paid and royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable, worldwide license to use the content that you post on or through the service, subject to the service’s Privacy Policy (LINK LINK LINK), including but not limited to advertising, marketing purposes, or legal action.
   In short we may use your content without your direct consent but we will not sell it as a stand-alone product or claim ownership rights as if we created it.
2. Some of the service is supported by advertising revenue and may display advertisements and promotions, and you herby agree that inkwellty may place such advertising and promotions on the service or on, about, or in conjunction with your content. The manner, mode and extent of such advertising and promotions are subject to change without specific notice to you.
   You acknowledge that we may not always identify paid services, sponsored content or commercial communications as such.
3. You represent and warrant that you:
   • own the content posted by you on or through the service or otherwise have the right to grant the rights and licenses set forth in the terms of use.
   • the posting and use of your content on or through the service does not violate, misappropriate or infringe on the rights of any third party, including, without limitation, privacy rights, pubicihcty rights, copyrights, trademark and / or other intellectual property rights.
   • You agree to pay for all royalties, fees and any other monies owed by reason of content you post on or through the service.
4. The service contains content owned or licensed by inkwealthy (“our content”). Our content is protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secrete and other laws, and, as between you and inkwealthy, inkwealthy owns and retains all rights in our content and the service. You will not remove, alter or conceal any copyright, trademark, service mark or other proprietary rights notices incorporated in or accompanying our content. You will not reproduce, modify, adapt, prepare derivative works based on, perform, display, publish, distribute, transmit, broadcast, sell, license or otherwise exploit our content.
5. There will be occasions when the service may be interrupted or unavailable. Also, we reserve the right to remove any content from the service for any reason, without prior notice. Content removed from the service may continue to be stored, including, without limitation, in order to comply with certain legal obligations, but may not be retrievable without a valid court order.
6. inkwealthy uses a third-party provider (at time of this draft, google’s cloud drive and firebase services) to store and propagate your information. You acknowledge that use of this site constitutes that you agree to those third-party services. Additionally, inkwealthy has no control over those services. You acknowledge that service interruption, loss of information, or breach of data in regards to these third-parties is not the responsibility of inkwealthy, nor is inkwealthy responsible or able to resolve these things.
7. inkwealthy does not endorse content posted within the service. inkwealthy does not have any obligation to prescreen, monitor, edit or remove any content. If your content violates the terms of use, you may bear legal responsibility for that content.
8. Content you post to the site is non-confidential. You acknowledge this and that your decision to submit any content does not condone some special relationship with the company None of your content is subject to obligation of confidence on the part of the company and the company is not liable for any use or disclosure of any content you provide.

Code of Conduct

Community Guidelines

We have two guiding principles at inkwealthy. First, everyone has a story to tell. And Second, When we listen to these stories we become better, more compassionate people. We built this site with that in mind. We wanted to give everyone the tools to be heard and listen. It’s with that in mind that we encourage all of our visitors to use inkwealthy respectfully, fairly and considerately.

While we have an incredible amount of distaste for censorship or quieting any of your voices. We will step in if any of these guidelines are flagrantly ignored.

Post your own work.

Like we said, you’ve got your own story to tell. Do not upload or share content that is not yours as if it is, unless you have the express permission of the original author. We talk plagiarism very seriously and you should expect reports of this will be taken seriously.

Be mindful of what you share.

inkwealthy is not obligated to protect your work, moreover anything you post should be non-confidential. While we encourage the site’s use to collaborate, polish and perfect your writing we must also suggest caution if you have any concerns about making something public. Remember, your uploads are paired with readers randomly in an effort to broaden your audience. Any reader can join your project.

Be sincere and constructive

All comments, feedback, uploads, projects are meant to help others. Be honest in your language, but do not bully or demean others. We all get better by being open to the perspective of others, but we should do our best to foster a safe, helpful and friendly environment.

Also be genuine with your contributions. Do not use this site as means to harass or solicit others. Content we deem to be of this nature will be removed.

Obey the law - seriously!

inkwealthy has no tolerance for posts, uploads, comments, etc that are in illegal. All contributions are subject to legal prosecution if necessary. Anything added to the site that promotes terrorism, organized crime, hate groups, harming others, inciting violence, or placing minors in in sexual situations are all possible grounds for exclusion from the service.

* Note, we passionately value your rights to express yourselves. Works of fiction can be an especially tough genre to discern between freedom of speech and illegal content. We ask that all of our users be mindful in what they share in this space and include any necessary disclaimers if you believe the content may be inappropriate for some readers.
